Shipping policy

Below are the key points of the Counterpunch Delivery and Shipping Policy.

• We dispatch all orders the following day.
• All orders in the North Island will have a target delivery of 3-5 days
• All orders in the South Island will have a target delivery of 5-7 days.
• We ship our punching bags with a freight company, as they are too heavy/large to send with the standard courier.
• If you place an order containing a punching bag along with other small items, we will ship these orders in two separate shipments at no extra cost to you. This helps us comply with courier weight restrictions.
• Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping price will vary. This will be calculated at checkout.
