Below are the key things to know about the Counterpunch Delivery and Shipping Policy.

• All orders will be dispatched the following day.
• All orders in the North Island will have a target delivery of 3-5 days
• All orders in the South Island will have a target delivery of 5-7 days.
• Our punching bags will be shipped with a freight company, as they are too heavy to be sent with the standard courier.
• If you place an order containing a punching bag along with other small items these orders will be shipped in two separate shipments at no extra cost to you. This is so we can conform to courier weight restrictions.
• Dependent on the weight of your order the shipping price will vary. This will be calculated at checkout.
